Northwest Christian

The Northwest Christian girls soccer team opened their season in Colville on Sept. 3. The Crusaders got a fourgoal effort from Claire Wichman to defeat the Crimson Hawks 9-1. They hosted Colville for a return engagement on Tuesday, Sept. 8, with results unavailable at press time and are scheduled to travel to East Valley for a 4 p.m. match on Thursday, Sept. 10.

Riverside High School

Riverside opened their season at home on Sept. 3. North Central of the 2A Greater Spokane League parlayed a 36-7 shots advantage into a 7-0 victory. Lakeside High School vs. Deer Park High School

Lakeside High School hosted Deer Park in the season opener for both squads on Sept. 3. Lakeside traveled to Omak on Saturday, Sept. 5. The Eagles’ Izzy Delzer knotted the score at one aside with a goal in the 73rd minute, only to have the home-standing Pioneers get a goal with one minute remaining to take the 2-1 win.

Their next match is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10, against Clarkston at 4 p.m. Deer Park played Shadle Park at One Spokane Stadium on Tuesday, Sept. 8, with results unavailable at press time and are scheduled to host Riverside on Thursda
