Tri-County Little League Crowns Champion

Seven days of competition in three divisions concluded on June 26 at the Deer Park Sports Complex where Washington Little League District 13 was crowned Majors Division Champion. West Plains Little League All Stars emerged victorious, holding off Liberty Lake/Spokane Valley 8-6, seeing the potential game winning run come to the plate in the final inning. Liberty Lake/Spokane Valley forced the championship to its final game with a win the previous night. West Plains earned a berth in the state tournament in Walla Walla.
